Tony Kitos commissioned Dan Lepard the award-winning baker, food writer and photographer. We insisted that Dan visits Beirut to capture the true essence of its food culture and hospitality, which was delivered perfectly in his final photographs for the two cookbooks: Comptoir Libanais and Comptoir Libanais Express.
