What’s cooking!

We love when foodies like Merijn Tol uses our designs in her food styling for her book Beiroet.
The combination of our patterns and accessories combined gave the new cookbook the pazaz she was looking for.

Tahiya with flowers her in hair

Our digital-printed plate is part of a collection to mix and match from the designer’s archive of nostalgic images from the Middle East.

The ‘Tahiya with Flowers’ set of plates illustrate the charming image of Tahiya Kiryoka, Egypt’s faouse actress and belly dancer front he 1950s. Rana Salam adds her signature graphics to each plate by placing roses in her hair and retaining the original Arabic graphics found on the cover of the magazine that says ‘ Ya Nassib!’ meaning ‘What luck!’.
The colors are that of the original graphics retaining nostalgia and its charm.

The plates work for any gathering, tea party or decorating your walls.
