Laziz, Beirut

Approached by Boubess Group to rebrand Laziz, Rana Salam Studio injected authentic elements of Lebanese life and vernacular, borrowing from Lebanese popular culture and merging unique elements within the space resulting in the creation of a cool and contemporary brand. The studio worked on the new interior facelift and sourcing all sorts of vintage finds to stylise the space. A large billboard was also created to give the street life feel inside the restaurant.

Behind the sceen

With clear Art Direction, we scout and commission the most suitable photographers and stylists for the job. We brief and work along side the appointed team making sure the work is created with the vision in mind and the budget allocated to get the results the project requires.

For the Billboard, we worked with renowned agency Pickaso to provide us with a used billboard for us to create our collage which was then installed on-sight at the restaurant. We also commissioned Kazzab, renounced street calligrapher who paints hand written signs for most shops on the outskirts of Beirut.
